Data Removal
Last updated: 24 July 2026
Call Memory stores everything on your device and nothing on our servers. That means deleting your data does not require a request to us — you can do it yourself, immediately and completely.
Delete individual items in the app
- A single note or reminder: open the person, find the entry in their timeline, and tap the ✕ next to it.
- A person and everything about them: open the person and tap Delete person and all notes at the bottom of the screen.
Both actions ask for confirmation first, and both are permanent.
Delete everything
Uninstalling the app permanently removes all of your notes, people, and reminders:
- Press and hold the Call Memory icon on your home screen or app drawer.
- Choose Uninstall and confirm.
Or, to clear the data without removing the app:
- Open Settings → Apps → Call Memory.
- Tap Storage & cache.
- Tap Clear storage (also shown as Clear data) and confirm.
Either action wipes the app's local storage. The data is gone at that moment.
This cannot be undone
There is no server backup and no cloud copy, so we cannot restore anything you delete. Write down or copy elsewhere anything you want to keep before you clear the app.
Do you hold an account for me?
No. Call Memory has no accounts, no sign-up, and no login. We hold no record of you, so there is no account to close and no server-side profile to erase.
Requests
Since we store no personal data, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf. If you still want written confirmation of this for your records, email [email protected] and we will reply.
